Real estate in Portland is booming, and buyers are clamoring to get into the market. Italian restaurant owner Donna DiNicola, who was looking for a home for her son, said she was joking when she offered the pizza and had no idea it would even make it into the contract. Little did she know, the unusual offer worked. The sellers found the offer amusing and accepted it. Her son is getting a new house, and DiNicola is on the hook for free pizza every month for life.
